Happy Birthday Timber!

Yesterday Timber turned two! Sadly for him, there wasn't any cake or ice cream, but at least he got to play outside all day!

Spring!

Larry and I think we are very lucky to have bought the house and property we did. Although a lot of work has come with it, this spring with everything in bloom made all the hard work worth it. Beautiful!

Landscaping

This weekend we worked on updating just a little section of our landscaping. For beginners we thought we did fairly good! So much better than it was!!!

Timber didn't miss us!

While we were off playing in Texas, Timber was lucky enough to stay with my sister Kara and her family. Needless to say, Sydney (my niece) and Timber were best friends while he was there. I dont' think he cares when we leave anymore!

How cute are they together!

San Antonio

The riverwalk in San Antonio was sweet! It's like a whole different city within the city. We had dinner right on the river - very cool!

Hondos = best bar in Texas!

Great friends, great food, and the best long islands in the world!

Em and I even learned how to two step from some cute "older" gentlemen.

Enchated Rock State Park

There is a really sweet State Park that we went to hike one afternoon. Talk about we were all out of shape! But it was beautiful and a great workout!

Texas!!!

Back in April (yup - horrible at posting) Larry and i took a mini vacation down to good ole Texas to see the Mathew's! Awesome time - definitely not a long enough trip!

Cute couples hanging out in the sweet little town of Fredricksburg!

Remembering Paul Gordon

It was a rough week in the Gordon Food Service Family. Paul Gordon passed away leaving a behind a legacy unlike any other. He was very well known as a successful businessman, but to everyone who knew him, he was so much more. His committment to his faith showed all of us how we should live our lives.

A tribute webpage has been set up for people to share stories and memories. Take a look, it's amazing. He was truely a great man and touched the lives of so many. Makes me truely appreciate the company i work for. (Read the press release too)
